Initial review typically takes 2–4 weeks. Diocesan verification and project approval times may vary depending on the complexity of the restoration and local coordination needs.

Will our parish be contacted before public posting or funding begins?

Absolutely. No project is publicly listed or promoted for donor funding until both the submitting parish and diocesan authority have provided written approval.
